The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was a large gap at the bottom of the door and the room smelled like bleach.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a plus.

They did not have luggage carts and I had a lot of luggage to tote to the second floor (no rooms on the first).

The pool was ok.
Pillows are the worst I have used, no bottle opener, the night help abrupt.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It was close to Arco arena and the airport is the only reason I stayed there.

Very close to my meeting, freeway access very good.
No complaints.

It worked very well, the price was excellent, the room was clean and staff was very good. If ever I have business in that area again I would be pleased to stay at this Quality Inn.

The room was unsafe. There was a gap all around the door jams.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The floors bounced as people walked past the room. The floor in the bathroom looked dirty. The room was too small and not comfortable. The walls are too thin, you could hear the people in the next room. The TV went out for 3 hours and the front desk couldn't tell us when it would come back on. ...read more

Manager on day we checked-in, very curt.

Noisy, we arrived at 2:30 and were put in room over laundry room. Manager, an Indian lady, was very curt.
